Someone over at GameFAQs posted this website. Basically, you sign up (giving nothing but name and email) and they give you 10 cents to bet on sports. You can build your winnings and eventually cash out as long as you have over 10 dollars earned. There are really no catches. You can even potentially double your winnings just by watching an ad after you place your bet.

Great site I was paid within 12 hours of requesting. Though I would recommend getting a bit above the cashout and not to withdraw all to give yourself some playing money still.
